CISPOINT has an online Customer Portal. This will give you a dashboard view of all the tickets you have put in, both currently open and any past, closed tickets. You can also create new tickets using the New Ticket button from the dashboard.
As always, you can create a ticket with the CISPOINT Helpdesk by emailing or by calling the helpdesk number.
Tickets that are submitted through phone calls are consired higher urgency than tickets through emails, so if you need immediate support, please call us. CISPOINT is continuously monitoring all tickets as they come in, whether through email, portal, application, or phone, and strives to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
